A recent survey suggested that up to 70% of the population suffered from some kind of fear, phobia or anxiety.  For most people the fear is controllable and does not interfere with their daily activities and for others it is more serious and profound in their lives.  The majority of these phobias continue unresolved for the whole of the patient's life or they resort to taking medications to control the symptoms.  With EFT the symptoms can be resolved quickly and often permanently with no need to 'face your fears' or use any desensitisation techniques as in other therapies.

Whatever severity of phobia you have EFT could help you.  It doesn't matter how long you have had the fear, how it started or how bad you feel about it, EFT could be the solution for you.

Indeed, we would hope to make progress from the very first sesion and most simple phobias usually only take a couple of sessions to resolve.  Even complex phobias that may be entangled with other traumas can be cracked using this technique.
